"Hi, I am happy to report that I found your site by accident and it made me go look for my AV that was packed nice and neatly away for more than 20 years.....I got it as a Christmas gift in 83 or so and it surely was my fav toy for at least two years....now that's big when it comes to an 11 or 12 year old.....I still have all 4 carts and even a quilted cover for the unit that my mom made for it to keep it in good condition."

"O.K. I just got finished refreshing the whole system....I took out and cleaned the mirror and oiled the plastic bushings, Oh, if you take the mirror out be very careful not to lose the tiny ball bearing that sits in the bottom of the bottom bushing.... cleaned and conditioned the drive belt and it is still very elastic BTW, I cleaned all the contacts for the buttons and the joystick and re-tensioned the the metal tabs that keep the joystick in the neutral position. I fired it up and it all plays perfect! - Jeff B.
